About Us

The co-founders, Michael and Natasha L. Fuller recognized a pressing need to support individuals striving to readjust in communities stressed with barriers and unexpected challenges. They encountered many people struggling to find purpose and heal from their past, dealing with issues such as substance use, homelessness, unemployment, gang involvement, separation, and lack of family support after being incarcerated.

Inspired by their own life experiences, Michael and Natasha embarked on a mission to help others by providing growth and preservation services designed to unlock opportunities, fostering a sense of safety in themselves and throughout our communities.

"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."
